Any structured array of data is referred to as a database. The below are some examples of databases that you can come across in your everyday life:

Microsoft Office Excel
Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet program developed by Microsoft and was first released in 1985. Excel is a commonly used spreadsheet application that organizes data into columns and rows that can be manipulated using formulas to execute mathematical functions on the data.
What type of software is Microsoft office?
Microsoft Office is a series of desktop management software developed by Microsoft primarily for corporate use. It is a Microsoft Corporation proprietary software that was first published in 1990. MS Office has dominated the delivery of new office-related document-handling tech environments for decades.



Excel vc. Access
  • If you've ever used Microsoft Excel, you're aware that it aids in the development of charts and graphs using spreadsheets. As a result, financial analysts rely heavily on Microsoft Excel. Excel is also useful for mapping, feeding inputs, determining outputs, and data manipulation. Excel has built-in rows and columns that users can use to build maps, graphs, and other graphics.
  • Both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access are essential applications. However, various people use them in different ways. Excel is more useful to financial analysts because it helps them to construct financial models using a variety of algorithms, maps, graphs, and other tools. Small business owners, on the other hand, profit from connectivity because they deal with a lot of surveys and questions.
