Event Title: “Introduction to Microsoft Excel: Boosting Productivity and Efficiency”
 
I.Details of the event/activity
On October 6, 2023, our webinar, "Mastering Microsoft Excel: Boosting Productivity and Efficiency," was arranged by our hardworking team Innovatica through a joint effort using Google Meet. The event's main goal was to give attendees a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel. It was organized by Mr. Dann Andrei Mallari, a fourth-year student seeking a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
 
II.Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)
The main objective of the webinar, which was to convey crucial Excel principles, was effectively accomplished. The participants improved their knowledge of shortcuts, formatting, data entry, and navigation. The focus on laying a solid foundation gave students the ability to make straightforward spreadsheets and carry out simple calculations. The occasion served as a reminder of the value of professional growth, as participants were rewarded with electronic certificates signifying their completion of the fundamentals of Excel.
 
III.Positive feedback (on the event organization)
Part of the event's success was Mr. Mallari's pro bono work and the team's careful planning. The choice to host the webinar via Google Meet made it possible for many people to participate without worrying about money. By removing the need for printing and shipping, the purposeful distribution of e-certificates not only honored participants' contributions but also showed our dedication to sustainability. The favorable comments revealed how well the webinar delivered worthwhile information without putting a strain on budget.
 
IV. Suggestions for improvements to be made/consider for future activities.
We can think about increasing participant interaction in future activities by using polls and live Q&A sessions during webinars. Boost attendance by streamlining the registration process and increasing event visibility through a variety of promotional  avenues.

At first, I was scared and thrilled, and it was difficult for me to engage with them since it was work from home. To think about it, they were professionals, and I was just a student trainee, and I couldn't interact with them effectively over internet.
