Event Title: “ Mobile Legends Showdown: Battle for Glory ”
 
I.  Details of the event/activity
Our team just prepared an exciting event called "Mobile Legends Showdown: Battle for Glory" as part of Gordon College's Sportsfest, which will take place on November 9-10, 2023. The event, spearheaded by me and James Roward Paneza, aims to combine students and gaming fans in a spectacular Mobile Legends eSports Tournament held online, with help from team members Dann Mallari, Jasper Mamaril, Joan Michael Padua, and Charlene Turqueza.
 
II.Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)
It was a thrilling experience organizing the Mobile Legends competition. From creating tournament rules to providing a pleasant online experience for players, we realized that rigorous planning is essential. Coordination with teams, registration management, and technical oversight all gave us valuable organizational skills. The participants' enthusiasm and friendship demonstrated the ability of gaming to bring people together.
 
III.Positive feedback (on the event organization)
We received a flood of positive feedback. The opening ceremony, which presented teams and players and created a lively environment, was well-received by participants. The live commentary and spectator zone brought a dynamic element to the viewing experience. Students expressed excitement for future gaming activities because of our choice to publish regular updates on official college social media outlets.
 
IV.Suggestions for improvements to be made/consider for future activities.
Despite our achievements, we recognize areas for growth. Some participants encountered technical challenges beyond their control, underscoring the importance of having a backup plan. In the future, we'll look for collaborations to ensure a more stable online environment. Incorporating interactive components, such as audience polls, could further improve the viewer experience.

At first, I was scared and thrilled, and it was difficult for me to engage with them since it was work from home.
