I.
Details of the event/activity
In Olongapo City, Room 508
hosted the Gordon College QUIZZZ IT event on September 28, 2023, from 1:00 PM
to 3:00 PM. Jasper Robert Mamaril headed the event, along with my fellow group
members Charlene Turqueza, Dann Mallari, James Roward Paneza, and Joan Michael
Padua. To enhance the learning experience, participants completed
computer-based assessments.

Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to
(learnings)
We learned a lot from Quizzz IT. We
discovered that using quizzes to make learning engaging and equitable is a
terrific idea. To ensure that everyone followed the rules, there was a
"Raise-the-flag" rule. Our ability to work as a team, communicate,
and solve problems was enhanced by organizing the event. We also witnessed how
crucial it is to act quickly and flexibly when things don't go according to
plan.
III.
Positive feedback (on the event organization)
Pupils adored QUIZZZ IT! They
like the variety of computer-related quiz questions. "Raise-the-flag"
rules increased enjoyment and equity. Attendees complimented us on our skillful
event planning and fun atmosphere. Everything went smoothly because online
forms were used for registration and feedback. Our materials and certificates
gave QUIZZZ IT a polished appearance.
IV.
Suggestions for improvements to be made/consider
for future activities.
We should try looking for
larger venues for future events to make them even better, since more people
might want to attend. Using films or including more interactive components in
the quiz could make it more enjoyable. Q&A sessions and live polling might
increase audience participation. Increased physical and online promotion of the
event may result in a higher attendance rate. Collaborating with other academic
institutions or specialists may enhance the intrigue of upcoming occurrences.
