Event Title: “Xymbolic IT Solution Provider Corporation­­ —Visit”
 
I. Details of the activity
Our visit to Xymbolic IT Solution Provider Corporation in East Tapinac, Olongapo, Philippines was fascinating. As stated, the company's aim is to improve people's lives through innovative solutions, with a special emphasis on tackling business difficulties for small to medium-sized businesses. Xymbolic specializes in computer, laptop, and printer repairs and also sells computer components and gadgets.
 
II.  Reflections on the activity give rise to (learnings)
Visiting Xymbolic for a day allowed us to directly see the staff's commitment to the company's objective. We learned a lot about the technical parts of computer and printer repairs by watching the team's experience in identifying problems and implementing successful remedies. We also learned about the wide range of computer parts and gadgets they offer, as well as how they provide comprehensive solutions to fulfill the various needs of their clients.
 
III. Positive feedback
During our visit, one feature that jumped out was the team's dedication to customer satisfaction. Xymbolic's employees displayed a high level of professionalism and efficiency in their job. The repair services were not only quick but also thorough, ensuring that all concerns were treated completely. Furthermore, the product selections demonstrated the company's commitment to excellence by catering to the specific needs of small to medium-sized businesses.
 
IV.Suggestions for improvements to be made/consider for future activities.
Furthermore, supporting environmentally friendly practices, such as safe electronic waste disposal, could help the company's social responsibility efforts. Furthermore, researching prospective building infrastructure improvements may improve the entire experience for both clients and workers.
