Details of the Event/Activity:

I recently completed the Cloud Foundations online course through Great Learning. This course covered essential topics such as Cloud Attributes, Managed Services & Deployment Models, Pricing & Scaling Model, and Introduction to Virtualization.

 

Reflections on the Webinar/Activity and Learnings:

The course was presented in a clear and organized manner, making it easy to grasp complex concepts. Understanding cloud attributes provided insight into the flexibility and adaptability of cloud technology. Learning about managed services and deployment models offered valuable insights into optimizing cloud resources. Pricing and scaling models shed light on the financial aspects of cloud computing, which is vital for effective budget planning. Additionally, the introduction to virtualization laid the groundwork for comprehending virtualized environments used in cloud computing.

 

Reflections on Possibilities for Practical Application of Learning:

The knowledge gained from this course has practical applications in various professional settings. For instance, understanding cloud attributes can help in proposing efficient IT solutions. Insights into pricing and scaling models can aid in making informed decisions about resource allocation. Moreover, understanding virtualization can contribute to optimizing infrastructure and resource management.

 

Suggestions for Improvements to be Made/Consider for Future Activities:

Although the course content was comprehensive, incorporating more real-world examples and case studies would enhance understanding and practical application of the concepts discussed

 

Positive Feedback on the Event Organization:

The organization of the online course was commendable. The modules were well-structured, and the learning materials provided were concise and easy to understand. The online platform used for delivering the course was user-friendly, facilitating smooth navigation.

 

Suggestions for Improvements to be Made/Consider for Future Activities:

To further enrich the learning experience, it would be beneficial to include opportunities for interaction, such as live Q&A sessions with instructors or discussion forums for participants to engage with each other.

This course provided an introduction to React JS, a popular JavaScript framework maintained by Facebook, Instagram, and several other companies.   E xperiences and Lessons Learned in Work Environment My OJT was at Angel C Manglicmot High School in Brgy. Angeles San Antonio Zambales. At first, I was scared and thrilled, and it was difficult for me to engage with them since it was work from home. To think about it, they were professionals, and I was just a student trainee, and I couldn't interact with them effectively over internet. After the training, I realized that OJT is more than simply a need to be fulfilled; it is also an opportunity to demonstrate my abilities, knowledge, and talents, as well as to experience the sense of being a professional.
